A month might be too long, but then again…people are lazy/busy/etc…so it’d probably be fine. plus the money thing is in a better light if its only 1book a month…I mean, the only book club I’ve ever been a part of is with Oprah…

heard of them? you mean book club? or graphic novel book clubs? cuz I’ve heard of book clubs, but have no idea about them except everyone reads the same book at the sime time & talks about what they’re reading…
Yeah, I meant GN book clubs more specifically. I’ve never been in a regular book club, though.
I guess my fear is that Graphic Novels are harder to come by compared to books which you can try to sign out of the library (unless we just want to read Preacher and Sandman) or you have a great comic shop nearby and don’t mind throwing down the cash.
The other issue is that a lot of graphic novels are really short in comparison to books. Would a month be too long to give for people to read? That’s kind of why I’m looking around to see if anyone has any experience with a graphic novel book club.
